Delete account
This page allows you to request the permanent deletion of your BlotzTask account and all associated data. Once your account is deleted, all personal information and stored tasks will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
⚙️ How to Request Deletion
Send an email to blotztask.app@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account”.
Please use the same email address you used to sign in to your BlotzTask account so we can verify ownership.
Once verified, we will delete your account and related data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
🧹 What Data Will Be Deleted
Explain exactly what will be removed:Your account profile (email, username, and authentication ID)
All tasks, reminders, AI-generated task content, and settings
Any associated data stored in our database or linked to your account
📁 What Data May Be Temporarily Retained
Clarify what stays briefly for compliance:System or security logs may be kept for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Voice and handwriting data processed by Azure OpenAI Service are stored and handled according to Microsoft’s privacy and data retention policies.
